General Rules.
[1.1] NLR - NLR is forgetting everything from your last life. NLR is 3 mins. This is a time where you must stay at your spawn point.
[1.2] RDM - Random Deathmatch is killing another player without a valid reason.
[1.3] ARDM - Attempted Random Deathmatch is randomly damaging another player without a valid reason.
[1.4] RDA - Random Arrest is arresting someone for no valid reason.
[1.5] VDM - Vehicle Deathmatch is running someone over with your vehicle without a valid reason. A valid reason for this would be someone shooting your car etc.
[1.6] Disrespect Staff or Player - Disrespecting Staff or Players is sort of common sense, this is the lack of respect towards another member of the community. Obviously, disrespect starts with respect, so try to stay in that first area.
[1.7] Minging - Minges are people who purposely act like idiots, ruining the experience, such as prop-blocking, spawn killing, prop pushing, ETC. Most times to purposely get kicked. Some other times its just that the person playing is 10 years or younger who doesn't know how to read the basic rules in a MOTD or similar.
[1.8] NITRP - Not following the rules of RP and disrupting other players RP (No Intention To Role Play)
[1.9] Fear RP - Acting at a disorderly fashion to the manner in which you would act in the real world.
[1.10] No racism, homophobia or hate speech in any way as it will result in immediate warn or ban.
[1.11] Any form of killing someone while not in a raid must be adverted as "Attack" or "Ambush" this applies to both Factions.


NATO and CSTO Rules of Engagement.
[2.1] Do not fire unless fired upon or threatened by a member of the opposite faction.
[2.2] Any Heli in the sky that does not ID is KOS so you can shoot it down
[2.3] Unarmed helicopters may only be KOS after ID is shown/not shown. Armed helicopters may be shot down if found appropriate.
[2.4]When there is a hostage situation, you may only take out the kidnappers if there is 3:1 so 3 negotiators and only one kidnapper e.g. if there are only 4 negotiators and 2 kidnappers, you can not engage out of fear for the hostage’s life.
[2.5] Any person without preset firearms is classed as a civilian and SHOULD NOT be fired upon, arrests may happen though.
[2.6] Any person of the opposite faction of whom is holding a gun is AOS if possible. We assume you will take the more hostile route towards guns though.
[2.7] Always follow your higher-up's command, so if they say kill that person you do it but if you get a bad response they will take responsibility as it is their orders.
[2.8] Never shoot another member of your faction, if you do you may be arrested and court marshaled.
Roleplay Rules.

[3.1] Always follow the command of higher-ups.
[3.2] You must salute anyone of the rank 2ndLT+
[3.3] You must not disrespect any other regiments.
[3.4] Leave the arrests and jailing to the Military Police.
[3.5] Do not enter restricted areas without permissions.
[3.6] You may have a life in both factions, but only one of your lives may go above CSGT / SSGT.

Donator Rules.
[4.1] If you have donated, you may have 2 lives in 1 faction. You also may not go above CSGT / sSGT in one of these lives.
[4.2] Custom classes may only have 2 primaries, 1 secondary, 2 grenades and 1 vehicle and a few extras.
[4.3] Custom class skins must be RP orientated. (No Doges with RPGs)
[4.4] 
With the purchase of any VIP package you must understand that you are in no way above the rules, you WILL abide by them, should you not, your package may be removed by a Founder.
Base Raiding Rules.
[5.1] There is only 1 life during a base attack for the attacking side. This means that once you die, you can no longer be part of the base attack.
[5.2] No more than 1 tank.
[5.3] No more than 2 armed helicopters.
[5.4] Don't kill anyone in their spawn area.
[5.5] Do not shoot a helicopter until it is in the air.
[5.6] Base Raids may only be called by a CPT+
[5.7] A
 raid only ends once the target is found or killer or the last attacker is gone/killed.

Vehicle Rules.
[6.1] SGT+ to drive a vehicle
[6.2] CPT+ to drive a quad bike.
[6.3] All vehicles are to follow a 5-minute cooldown period
[6.4] You must request to spawn a vehicle. Only a CPT+ may grant or deny this request.
[6.5] Only 2 helicopters at a time per faction.
[6.6] Only 1 tank at a time per faction.
[6.7] Using the Sit Anywhere script to sit on attack helicopters, helicopters not intended for transport, or on the exterior of any helicopter is classed as FailRP.
[6.8] To use one of the bigger helicopters, you must have more than 5 people. Any less than 5 people, use a Little Bird or Huey.

[6.9] No tanks are to enter any base unless in a raid.
