-What commander role would you like (what regiment)?
>> Spetsnaz Mayór (Major)
-Why do you want this commander position and what will make you right for the role (50 words minimum)?
>> I personally want to become the Major because the CSTO Spetsnaz does not currently have a Major. I am able to actually bring serious RP to the regiment, train my troops that will actually make them skill, not just give them PT all the time. I am able to make Spetsnaz better than what it is now.
-Why should we pick you over other applicants? (50 words minimum)?
>> I can make Spetsnaz up to a different level. I have experience of being a Commanding Officer from other servers and my rankings has been: Captain of the Navy SEALs, Special Air Service Major, GIGN Commander. I will make sure that my troops are not to minge, break any rules, and is to follow orders from higherups in the CSTO. I am able to make private missions for the Spetsnaz to complete.
-How would you discipline your troops and what punishments would you give??
>> If they were to do something wrong and is in need of a punishment, I would give them tons of PT as a punishment, or even possibly remove a rank if needed. I discipline my troops by showing them how to give other CO's respect, and the consequences of what not doing so equals to.
-How often would you train your troops and what types of training would you do in the regiment?
>> Whenever they are in need of training, or do not know a tactic that we are going to use in our regiment. We would be doing hard training in different tactics such as: MSL Dropping, HTHC, CQC Secondary, CQC Primary, Advanced breaching tactics, Stealth training, Environment training, Decrypting/Encrypting alphabetic codes.

>> Falcon, also known as "Kapkan" and "Archer" was originally a part of a [i]Central Intelligence Agency[/i] Special Operations group named: Special Activity Division ([b]SAD[/b]). After being retired from the SAD, Archer decided to come back to his home country, [b]Russia[/b]. He decided to join the Russian Army. He was a Spec Ops Marksman and later on was known as "Luchnik" or "Archer" for the sharpshooting.
